Welcome to PawsNations.com. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Paws Nation's relationship with you in relation to this website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity that you represent as an authorized employee or agent) ("You") and Paws Nation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using or accessing our website located at PawsNations.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our Site.
1.1 User Eligibility
The Site is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are not barred from using the Site under applicable law.
1.2 User Account and Security
You may be required to register with the Site to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any activities that occur under your account.
2. Health Advice Disclaimer
The content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and other material, is for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition of your pet.
2.1 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any advice provided and disclaim all liability in connection with the use of this website and its services. Use of our Site and reliance on any information provided herein is solely at your own risk. In no event shall we be liable for any death or injury of any pet arising from the use of our Site.
2.2 Limitation of Liability on Supplies, Products and Training Aids Featured and/or Promoted on this Site
While PawsNations has done it's best due diligence to screen and assess the Suppliers of Pet Supplies, Nutritional Products, Training Aids, Dog Trainers, and Dog Training Programs featured and promoted on this site, PawsNations is not liable for any damages, injuries, or death, to the user, or the user's pet, that may be attributed the User's acceptance (even if provided at no charge to the User) and use of these items arising from defects, damage, or incorrect use. By accepting any of the items purchased from links on this site the User shall hold PawsNations harmless, into perpetuity, and releases PawsNations from any and all claims related to your purchases and use of these items. PawsNations disclaims all liability in connection with the purchase and use of any of these products.
Product Recalls: By using this site the User understands and agrees that PawsNations does not now, or in future will, get involved in product recalls. It's the User's sole responsibility to register the products purchased from links on this site so the User can be notified by the supplier and/or the manufacturer should product recalls be announced by the Supplier and/or the manufacturer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their use of our services at any time without penalty.
3.1 How to Cancel
To cancel your service, you may follow the instructions on our Site, which typically involves navigating to your account settings and selecting the cancel service option.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once a service has been purchased through our Site.
5. Intellectual Property
The content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Paws Nation or its suppliers and protected by copyright and applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.
5.1 Use of Material from Our Site
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any part of the Site or its content without express written consent from us.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of this Site.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with the Site or relating to your use of it, resides in the courts of the city of St. George in the County of Washington in the State of Utah.

9. Modifications to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9.1 Your Continued Use of the Site
By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.

Paws Nations Affiliate Terms of Service
To be an authorized affiliate of Paws Nations, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Paws Nations service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Paws Nations affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
AFFILIATE TERMS AND AGREEMENT

Paws Nations ("Paws Nations," "We," "Our," "Us") offers an affiliate program that allows you to become a Paws Nation Affiliate ("Affiliate," "You," "Your(s)"). As an Affiliate, you have the opportunity to earn additional revenue by promoting and selling Paws Nations products and services. Paws Nations retains the exclusive right to determine the remuneration you will receive for your efforts. By applying to become an Affiliate, you agree to abide by Paws Nations' Terms of Service.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
BY REGISTERING AS AN AFFILIATE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your relationship as an Affiliate or an Affiliate Applicant of Paws Nations and your participation in the Paws Nations’ Affiliate Program. By signing this document, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. You also acknowledge that you understand our company's general Privacy Statement. Participation in the Paws Nations’ Affiliate Program is contingent upon your consent to this Agreement.
Commitment to Integrity and Compliance
We value our affiliates and are committed to helping you succeed in our promotions. Our goal is to serve our clients with 100% integrity and compliance with all applicable laws, including local, state, and federal regulations. As an Affiliate, we expect you to conduct yourself with professionalism and care for your customers. These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure a high standard of conduct.
TERMS
SECTION 1 – PARTIES
All references to “Paws Nations” herein also refer to PawsNations.com. As previously mentioned, all references to “You” and “Your” pertain to the individual or entity that has entered into this Agreement. Paws Nations and You are each referred to as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.” You agree to notify us in writing within twenty-four (24) hours if there are any changes to the legal name of Your business or account ownership. You certify that all such information provided is truthful and accurate. Notifications of such changes should be sent to info@pawsnations.com.
SECTION 2 – APPLICATION
You agree to provide all required information requested by Paws Nations in connection with Your Affiliate application, and You affirm that all the information provided is truthful and accurate. You understand and agree that Paws Nations has the sole and exclusive discretion to determine whether You qualify for participation in Paws Nations' Affiliate program. Not all applicants will qualify to participate in the Paws Nations Affiliate program.
SECTION 3 – CONSENT TO BE CONTACTED
You expressly consent to be contacted at the email address and phone number You provide in Your application regarding Your application and the Affiliate program. This contact may include communications through automated dialing systems, texts, and artificial or pre-recorded messages, whether by Paws Nations or a third-party on behalf of Paws Nations. This consent is a material condition of this Agreement and cannot be revoked except in writing by both Parties.
SECTION 4 – COMPENSATION
As an Affiliate, you may earn a commission for each purchase made by traffic that you direct to Paws Nations, provided it meets the criteria for a "Qualified Purchase" as outlined herein. A "Qualified Purchase" is defined as a purchase made by a new and unique customer who: (i) clicks on an affiliate tracking link; (ii) completes the purchase immediately upon clicking the affiliate tracking link; (iii) pays in full at the time of purchase; and (iv) does not request a refund or chargeback. Commissions that have been paid may be subject to a clawback in cases of refunds or chargebacks occurring outside the standard return policy.
Affiliate accounts must be active at the time of the referral. No commission will be earned for sales that occurred before your participation in the Affiliate Program, after the expiration of your promotion period, or after a potential customer is directly contacted by a Paws Nations employee or contractor.
All commissions are paid in U.S. Dollars (USD) or other currencies offered by the payment provider. The standard commission for a Qualified Purchase at Paws Nations is 50% of the service or product price ongoing for the life of the lifetime of the new customer subscription. For partially paid Qualified Purchases, commissions will be proportional to the percentage of the payment received. Some payment methods may incur processing fees, which may be deducted from your commissions. All subsequent referral fees or commissions for Qualified Purchases will accrue and only become payable once you have provided all relevant tax and address documentation.
You will need to register with our third-party payment provider to receive your commissions. This registration authorizes third-party companies to contact you. Before any commission is paid, you must provide Paws Nations with a completed W-8 or W-9 tax form, as instructed by Paws Nations, along with any supporting documentation requested by Paws Nations or its third-party payment provider. You will permanently forfeit all rights to commissions earned more than 120 days prior to submitting a completed W-8 or W-9 tax form or any required supporting documentation. Paws Nations’ Affiliate Program is only available to those within the United States. You are solely responsible for complying with all tax laws in your jurisdiction, including the payment of all required taxes and filing of all returns and other necessary documents with the relevant governing authorities.
If Paws Nations determines, at its sole discretion, that any sale was fraudulently obtained or resulted from a violation of this Agreement or applicable laws, no commission will be paid for such a sale. For past sales, these amounts will be deducted from your future commissions, and Paws Nations may terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice or liability to you.
As an Affiliate, you must use only marketing materials provided or approved in writing by Paws Nations. All marketing tactics must comply with FTC guidelines. Prohibited practices include implied impressions, undocumented testimonials, and unsubstantiated money-making claims. Affiliates must not imply guaranteed financial outcomes from purchasing our products or services.
Affiliate commissions must be reported within 30 days of the initial transaction, accompanied by evidence of a prior relationship, and will be credited at our discretion if they comply with the terms herein. Referrals not reported within the current referral period will not be credited.
Commissions are calculated two weeks later on Fridays, with 10% held in reserve for six months, provided your account remains in good standing. Payments are processed via our internal payment processor, with affiliates responsible for any transaction fees.
Affiliates are accountable for all fees, taxes, exchange rates, surcharges, and expenses related to receiving their commissions. Please consult your local bank for any applicable charges.
SECTION 5 – TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement begins when you sign and submit the document or upon approval of your participation in the Affiliate program. Participation continues month-to-month until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. Paws Nations may terminate or suspend access without notice if you violate any term, provision, or law. A dispute rate exceeding 2% can also result in immediate termination or suspension. Violations, including disclosure breaches, result in forfeiture of all commissions and payments. This Agreement automatically terminates if no commissions are earned over 12 months.
Provisions that naturally survive termination, such as liability limitations, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, mandatory arbitration, and class action waivers, will continue to apply. Your representations and warranties also survive the termination or cancellation of this Agreement or your Paws Nations Affiliate Account.
SECTION 6 – ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You represent and warrant no prior or pending government investigations, inquiries, prosecutions, or lawsuits relating to consumer protection or advertising laws exist against you. Should such events arise post-execution of this Agreement, you must notify Paws Nations within 24 hours. Paws Nations may terminate your participation and this Agreement immediately upon notification.
SECTION 7 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, including Appendix A and Paws Nations' standard Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties, superseding any prior written or oral agreements related to your Affiliate application and role.
APPENDIX A
These Advertising Rules govern all activities of the Affiliate:
General Compliance. The Affiliate must publish or distribute advertisements strictly in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws against deceptive and misleading advertising and marketing, email marketing laws (such as the federal CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701)), data protection laws (including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, U.K. Data Protection Act, California Consumer Privacy Act, and Brazilian General Data Protection Regulation), laws governing testimonials (such as the FTC’s Revised Endorsements and Testimonials Guides (16 CFR Part 255 of the Code of Federal Regulations)), and all guidelines issued by the FTC. It is the Affiliate's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making claims about Paws Nations’ products and services that are inconsistent with or beyond the scope of marketing materials provided by Paws Nations on their website, www.PawsNations.com. Affiliates are not permitted to distribute advertisements via telemarketing, fax, or text messaging in any form to any device. Affiliates cannot offer monetary incentives such as rewards points, cash, or prizes to Prospects in exchange for their response to an advertisement. However, Affiliates may offer Prospects information and materials of tangible value (e.g., website templates, information about e-commerce, website design, and online marketing) for reduced or no charge, provided that these are accurately described and delivered. Paws Nations retains exclusive discretion to determine whether an Affiliate’s advertising and conduct comply with all laws (although Paws Nations is not required to advise Affiliates on such matters).
Disclosure. On any website where the Affiliate advertises any Paws Nations’ service or product, the Affiliate must clearly display (i.e., not in a link or small font) disclaimer language, such as:
Disclosure: I am an independent Paws Nations Affiliate, not an employee. I receive referral payments from Paws Nations. The opinions expressed here are my own and are not official statements of Paws Nations.
Social Media. If an Affiliate advertises on Instagram or YouTube, each post must comply with the following:
Each post must include @PawsNations or #PawsNations.
Each post must include #ad in a clear and conspicuous location before the text of the description and before the “More” button.
Each Instagram post must use Instagram’s “Paid Partnership” tool.
Each YouTube post must include the word “Ad,” “Advertisement,” “Promotion,” or “Paid Partnership” within the video itself in a font size that is clearly recognizable to the viewer, and it must appear persistently throughout the length of the video in the top right corner.
When advertising on other written social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter), the Affiliate must comply with the above disclosure requirements as applicable to each platform and adhere to all rules of each social media platform used.
2. Income and Business Opportunity Claims. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making any claims that the use of Paws Nations will guarantee that the user will make money. If an Affiliate’s recruiting efforts include income claims from using Paws Nations or as an Affiliate, the following guidelines must be followed:
The Affiliate’s statements must be completely true, accurate, and supported by evidence of the Affiliate’s experience.
The Affiliate’s statements must be accompanied by the following disclaimer in a clear and conspicuous font and placement: “These were my results. Your results will vary based on a variety of factors including Your education, effort, and market factors. There is no guarantee You will make any money.”
Affiliates are also expressly prohibited from making any claims, either express or implied, that Paws Nations is or provides a business opportunity, franchise opportunity, “business-in-a-box,” or an assisted marketing plan.
3. Paws Nations Trademarks. No logo, tagline, trademark, trade name, or trade dress (collectively, the “Paws Nations Trademarks”) owned by Paws Nations may be used, copied, or reproduced by any Affiliate except as specified below. No Paws Nations intellectual property (or any mark confusingly similar to any Paws Nations intellectual property) may be registered as a trademark in any country or as a domain name by the Affiliate in any country.
Approved Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to use the “Paws Nations ®” trademark to advertise Paws Nations and/or Paws Nations online. Anytime the Affiliate uses the word “Paws Nations,” it must be immediately followed by “®”. The Affiliate may not use “Paws Nations” or other Paws Nations trademarks as part of any URL, domain, or website name. Paws Nations retains exclusive ownership of all Paws Nations Trademarks and other intellectual property and all related rights. Affiliates must not promote or provide services to any other business or person infringing on any of Paws Nations’ intellectual property.
**Complaint Notification.** The Affiliate must notify the Company of any complaints received regarding any advertisements within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving such complaints. Notice should be sent to info@pawsnations.com.
**Independent Contractor.** Affiliates are independent contractors of Paws Nations. It is expressly understood and intended by the Parties that no master-servant or principal-agent relationship exists between Paws Nations and the Affiliate by virtue of this Agreement. Affiliates have no right to act on behalf of or bind Paws Nations in any way, nor share in the profits or losses of Paws Nations. The only compensation available to Affiliates is set forth in this Agreement. Affiliates are solely and exclusively responsible and liable for all their acts or omissions.
**NO WARRANTY; NO LEADS.** Paws Nations does not promise, guarantee, or warrant business success, income, or sales. Affiliates understand and acknowledge that Paws Nations will not provide sales leads or referrals. This is not a business opportunity, franchise opportunity, “business-in-a-box,” or assisted marketing plan. Affiliates are responsible for procuring and paying for all materials and resources necessary to operate as an Affiliate at their sole discretion.
**LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.** EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE INAPPLICABLE OR PROHIBITED BY LAW, PAWS NATIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, FEES, COSTS, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE PRIVACY POLICY, THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, OR THE AFFILIATE'S OR A THIRD PARTY’S USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY SOFTWARE, SERVICE, OR PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER PAWS NATIONS HAS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, FEES, COSTS, OR CLAIMS. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES. THIS APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE MANNER IN WHICH DAMAGES ARE ALLEGEDLY CAUSED, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE.
PAWS NATIONS’ LIABILITY TO THE AFFILIATE OR THE AFFILIATE'S BUSINESS SHALL NOT EXCEED THREE (3) TIMES THE PAYMENTS PAID BY THE AFFILIATE TO PAWS NATIONS FOR THE MONTH PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE FACTS GIVING RISE TO A CLAIM AGAINST PAWS NATIONS OCCURRED OR TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
**DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, & GOVERNING LAW.** As outlined in Paws Nations’ Terms of Service, any controversy or claim arising from this Agreement or the Affiliate's relationship with Paws Nations that cannot be resolved through negotiation within 120 days will be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), with judgment on the award rendered enforceable in any court with jurisdiction. The sections of the Terms of Service titled “DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER,” “PAWS NATIONS ADDITIONAL REMEDIES,” and “GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE” are expressly incorporated herein by reference. Review the Terms of Service for more information. All disputes are governed by Wyoming state laws and subject to arbitration. Courts in Laramie County, Wyoming will handle all disputes and enforcement of arbitration judgments. If an Affiliate fails to respond to any arbitration demand, Paws Nations may obtain an enforceable judgment via Wyoming courts against the Affiliate.
**Indemnity.** Affiliates agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paws Nations, its officers, directors, employees, owners, parent companies, and assigns from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character without limitation arising from the Affiliate's conduct, acts, or omissions related to their application and/or performance of this Agreement, including any breach of this Agreement. This indemnity obligation includes any third-party claim against Paws Nations for liability or payments for damages caused by, or other liability relating to, the Affiliate. This provision expressly survives the termination of this Agreement.
**Severability.** If any provision of this Agreement is inconsistent with or contrary to any applicable law, rule, or regulation, the provision shall be modified to comply with the law, rule, or regulation, and this Agreement and the Terms of Service, as so modified, shall continue in full force and effect.

Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, including those against deceptive advertising and email marketing (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act), data protection regulations, and FTC guidelines. Affiliates must not make claims about Paws Nations' products and services beyond what is provided by Paws Nations. Unauthorized marketing channels like telemarketing, fax, or text messaging are prohibited. Affiliates may not offer monetary incentives for ad responses but can provide tangible information and materials.
DISCLOSURE
Any website advertising Paws Nations’ products or services must clearly display a disclaimer that the opinions are personal and not official Paws Nations statements.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Posts on Instagram and YouTube must include @PawsNations or #PawsNations and #ad conspicuously. Instagram posts must use the “Paid Partnership” tool, and YouTube videos must clearly label the content as an advertisement throughout the video. Other social media posts must adhere to these disclosure guidelines and the platform's rules.
INCOME AND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY CLAIMS
Affiliates must not claim guaranteed earnings from Paws Nations. Income claims must be truthful, supported by evidence, and include a disclaimer that results will vary. Affiliates cannot imply Paws Nations provides a business or franchise opportunity.
COMPLAINT NOTIFICATION
Affiliates must report any complaints about advertisements within 24 hours to info@pawsnations.com.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, of Paws Nations. You cannot act on behalf of or bind Paws Nations. You are responsible for your business expenses and liabilities.
NO WARRANTY; NO LEADS
Paws Nations does not guarantee business success, income, or sales. No sales leads or referrals will be provided. This is not a business opportunity, franchise, or marketing plan. You must procure your own materials and resources.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Paws Nations is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to three times the payments made by you in the preceding month or $2,000, whichever is greater.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes not resolved within 120 days must be settled by binding arbitration under AAA. Disputes are governed by Wyoming law and venue in Laramie County, Wyoming. Failure to respond to arbitration may result in enforceable judgments.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Paws Nations against all claims arising from your conduct, acts, or omissions related to this Agreement, including third-party claims.
SEVERABILITY
Provisions inconsistent with applicable laws will be modified to comply while the rest of the Agreement remains in force.
MODIFICATIONS
Paws Nations may modify this Agreement and the Terms of Service at any time. Modifications are binding when communicated via email or posted in the affiliate center. Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.
